One Moment In Time, Dreams

16 April 2013 Created for fellowship m

It’s just all about Jesus for me. It always has been. About God. The Lord. Since a very tender age when the brain worked. I just only want to know more and more about who God is. I just wanted to listen to Scripture, then read it and enjoy my life with the Lord. Simple. I’m a focused person. I don’t  need much. I spend nights studying God’s Word and days listening to God speak and feel His Presence. I’m blessed beyond anything that I could in my puny mind ever imagine. I’ve had a life of just fun fun fun and seeking God. This picture truly depicts who I am, totally. I’m so different. Out of the norm. What is happiness? Speaking to Jesus. Sitting beside Him and talking to Him about things. Been doing it since I was this very little girl. I got taught this from when I could talk. So I love to talk and listen to Jesus talk. He talks. He talks a lot. Call me crazy if you must but in the end when you see Jesus face to face will it be a continued conversation or would you just be starting one. How sad if so. I would have by then had my entire life in conversation with Jesus. Our Sunday School pastor says I do like to talk. I’ve had practice. Some are unable to talk. Everything is stuck. I do not have this problem. Jesus has it all. I tell Him all. I think that people who do not know how to talk are so sad as they do not know how to communicate with each other. One another. It’s never a one-way conversation. Ever a two-way. Like with the Lord. For if you do not even ever believe that you can talk to Jesus and HE replies then, it’s sad. O but, I’ve spent my entire life talking to the Lord. When I was young, I was told that if I persisted in this, talking to the Lord, one day, His audible voice would be. He would answer me. Seek and you will find. What is faith. Believe. But seeing the Lord is something that I have ever wanted even as a young child but to see was something that completely knocked me off my balance. It happens. And when it does it’s life-changing.

Do not forget to love one another. It is so important to love one another. It is a new commandment that Jesus gave us. Do not call people fat. The Lord loves each one of us just as we are. We are all fat fat fat in our Global University class except for Franklin.  Even the young man with the fat bottom who called us fat fat fat. hahahahahahahahahahaha Teach my children well. hahahahahahahahahahaha Babies are babies. hahahahahahahahahaha

Dietitian activity. Eat only meat twice a day the size of a deck of cards. Just one bowl of rice. Or pasta or bread. Carbo as such. Just one bowl. Two bowls of vegetables. To wash out the system. Two meals only. Breakfast is just a slice of bread. No butter. No jam. Nothing. If in fact you are hungry, have only a couple of soda crackers. Or just half an orange or some fruit of the same size. Three times a day. Only drink water. Nothing other.  O your food must have no sauce. Just boiled in water or grilled. No salt nor sugar. Remember, no sauce. If you must insist to have juice, just one third juice and two thirds water. Water is best. If you do not eat for the day you may have your one third juice. See a doctor at the same time. Just don’t do it. I found the 21% fat perfect for my game as I went as far as 18% fat and could not score.

Gym work. Do not just do things that lead nowhere. I’ve been there. Done that. Start with stretching exercises. Do them well. Ask a specialist in this area. Warm up exercises. Next, 2 km warm up run. Outdoors. Don’t do the treadmill nor the bike. So lame. Controlled heartbeat. Wear the heart monitor. Slow down if your heart rate is beating too fast. Speed up if your heart rate is too slow. When you get to the gym get to it. Move fast. Do not forget it was only a warm up. Ten to twelve different pumps, ten times. Repeat three circuits. ie 30 times. ie if you are on the leg press at 330 lbs. You would have pushed 330 lbs ten times, in three circuits. ie 3o times. Just this one pump. 30 times 330 lbs. We are talking 9900 lbs in just the one pump. Nine others to go yet. hahahahahahaha Complete all ten pumps in an hour or you are wasting time. Stop if the hour is up. No use continuing. Anything after the hour will not add to the testosterone in your body so pump fast ie, no muscles. But remember that in pumping you must feel that part of your muscle that you are working on. ie grow muslces. Slow it down so you feel the pain. At the point of that part of that part when you feel the pain. Or then it is also a useless activity. hahahahahahahaha Start with where you are alright with where the weights are concerned and add on as the weeks and the years pass. hahahahahahahahaha Growth. See a doctor to make sure you are up to this, first. If you have no more neck and your chest looks flat and your legs are wide and shoulders wide and you look like a sumo wrestler, you have not wasted the years. Then you can gently stoke the 16 pounder, send it straight to the seven board and enjoy it flip back, touch the head and ….. no kaboom …… swish …….. like a vaccum ……….

Don’t waste time. If you wanna do something do it well. Life is short and eternity is forever. No gym for me there nor diets. I was allowed a cheeseburger with chips if I won a medal. No soft drinks. Life is tough if you want to win. Get to it.  Champions are born champions.

What dream do you think I’m running after today!!!

Look upwards.

Catch me if you can.

Take ❤ Jesus has overcome the world.

There are a cloud of witnesses routing after y’all. The greats in Hebrews 11.

Hebrews 11

English Standard Version (ESV)

By Faith

11 Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. For by it the people of old received their commendation.By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible.

By faith Abel offered to God a more acceptable sacrifice than Cain, through which he was commended as righteous, God commending him by accepting his gifts. And through his faith, though he died, he still speaks. By faith Enoch was taken up so that he should not see death, and he was not found, because God had taken him. Now before he was taken he was commended as having pleased God. And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him. By faith Noah, being warned by God concerning events as yet unseen, in reverent fear constructed an ark for the saving of his household. By this he condemned the world and became an heir of the righteousness that comes by faith.

By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to a place that he was to receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going. By faith he went to live inthe land of promise, as in a foreign land, living in tents with Isaac and Jacob, heirs with him of the same promise. 10 For he was looking forward to the city that has foundations, whose designer and builder is God. 11 By faith Sarah herself received power to conceive, even when she was past the age, since she considered him faithful who had promised. 12 Therefore from one man, and him as good as dead, were born descendants as many as the stars of heaven and as many as the innumerable grains of sand by the seashore.

13 These all died in faith, not having received the things promised, but having seen them and greeted them from afar, and having acknowledged that they were strangers and exiles on the earth. 14 For people who speak thus make it clear that they are seeking a homeland.15 If they had been thinking of that land from which they had gone out, they would have had opportunity to return. 16 But as it is, they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared for them a city.

17 By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered up Isaac, and he who had received the promises was in the act of offering up his only son, 18 of whom it was said, “Through Isaac shall your offspring be named.” 19 He considered that God was able even to raise him from the dead, from which, figuratively speaking, he did receive him back. 20 By faith Isaac invoked future blessings on Jacob and Esau. 21 By faith Jacob, when dying, blessed each of the sons of Joseph, bowing in worship over the head of his staff.22 By faith Joseph, at the end of his life, made mention of the exodus of the Israelites and gave directions concerning his bones.

23 By faith Moses, when he was born, was hidden for three months by his parents, because they saw that the child was beautiful, and they were not afraid of the king’s edict. 24 By faith Moses, when he was grown up, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter, 25 choosing rather to be mistreated with the people of God than to enjoy the fleeting pleasures of sin. 26 He considered the reproach of Christ greater wealth than the treasures of Egypt, for he was looking to the reward. 27 By faith he left Egypt, not being afraid of the anger of the king, for he endured as seeing him who is invisible. 28 By faith he kept the Passover and sprinkled the blood, so that the Destroyer of the firstborn might not touch them.

29 By faith the people crossed the Red Sea as on dry land, but the Egyptians, when they attempted to do the same, were drowned. 30 By faith the walls of Jericho fell down after they had been encircled for seven days. 31 By faith Rahab the prostitute did not perish with those who were disobedient, because she had given a friendly welcome to the spies.

32 And what more shall I say? For time would fail me to tell of Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, of David and Samuel and the prophets— 33 who through faith conquered kingdoms, enforced justice, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, 34 quenched the power of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, were made strong out of weakness, became mighty in war, put foreign armies to flight. 35 Women received back their dead by resurrection. Some were tortured, refusing to accept release, so that they might rise again to a better life. 36 Others suffered mocking and flogging, and even chains and imprisonment. 37 They were stoned, they were sawn in two,[a] they were killed with the sword. They went about in skins of sheep and goats, destitute, afflicted, mistreated— 38 of whom the world was not worthy—wandering about in deserts and mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth.

39 And all these, though commended through their faith, did not receive what was promised,40 since God had provided something better for us, that apart from us they should not be made perfect.
